Carole is Head of Talent Management at Royal Mail Group, where she is responsible for the identification of high potential at all management levels across the Group and the development of the senior talent population. She also sets the direction for the Group graduate programmes and apprentice scheme. Previously worked at Barclays Bank in leadership development and consultancy roles.
Principal Consultant , BHR Associated Ltd
Andrew chairs the Hobsons Graduate Recruitment Consultancy Group, is the Principal Consultant for BHR Associates Limited, (transition management and strategy) and also has a part-time post at Cambrige University. He was formerly Head of Graduate Recruitment Marketing at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Director of Careers Services at the University of Reading.
Head of Graduate Recruitment, Atos Origin
Rachel has over six years’ experience of graduate recruitment, working across a range of sectors, including consumer goods, strategy consulting and IT services. She is currently responsible for graduate recruitment for Atos Origin, the official worldwide IT partner for the Olympic Games.
Head of Careers Centre, Oxford Brookes University
Lorna is Head of the Careers Centre at Oxford Brookes University and Information Co-ordinator on the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) Board. She previously worked as a lecturer in both further and higher education.
Director, University of Bristol Careers Service
Jeff joined the University of Bristol's Careers Service as a careers adviser in 1987, and was appointed Director in 1995. One of his main interests has been researching the opportunities for UK graduates to work on mainland Europe, especially in the institutions of the EU.
Senior Recruitment Manager, PwC
Elaine has worked in recruitment for most of her career, and in graduate recruitment for much of that time. She is currently responsible for leading the recruitment process for the 1,000+ students joining PricewaterhouseCoopers each year.
Deputy Head of Marketing, Civil Service Fast Stream
Sue is Deputy Head of Marketing for the Civil Service Fast Stream, which is based in the Cabinet Office. She has broad marketing experience in both the private and public sectors, having worked previously for the British Military Government in Berlin, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, CB Hillier Parker and two PR agencies.

Linsey has worked in the graduate recruitment sector for many years. She is the Director and Vice-Chair of the Association of Graduate Recruiters and a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.

Jane is Director of Careers and Employability at Brunel University, where she heads the Placement and Careers Centre team. Her previous posts include Head of Careers at St Mary’s College, University of London, and Development Manager at the University of Reading’s Careers Advisory Service. Jane has also worked for e-skills UK on careers projects with IT companies.
