Please supply your company logo and up to two images to illustrate your e-mail (images are optional).

Image size: 200 pixels wide x 200 pixels high

xHTML guidelines
xHTML (eXtensible HyperText Markup Language) is a stricter and cleaner version of HTML and will therefore work in all browsers.

If you would like to supply your copy in xHTML format we need it at least three days prior to the scheduled delivery date of the bespoke e-mail. Please follow these guidelines when supplying your xHTML copy:

1. When using style sheets and setting customised colours, do not use body tags for global styles to specify colours.
2. Do not put any style sheets between the tags. If you are using style sheets, they must be placed AFTER the tag.
3. Please use specific names in style sheets. The safest way is to use unique names. Refine HTML tags using classes, not ID tags.
4. xHTML elements must be properly nested.
5. xHTML documents must be well-formed.
6. Tag names must be in lowercase
7. All xHTML elements must be closed.
8. Attribute names must be in lower case.
9. Attribute values must be quoted.
10. Attribute minimisation is forbidden
11. The id attribute replaces the name attribute
12. The xHTML DTD defines mandatory elements
13. All image tags must have an alt tag.

To fit into our template, the maximum width of your e-mail must be no greater than 600 pixels.
