Team supporters mentor one or more teams of 3–5 students throughout the competition.
Your involvement can work at different levels, allowing you to commit appropriate levels of time and resource. For instance, you might choose to introduce your company to your team through a full day’s session, or via conference call if you have less time available.
Unique contact with students
Team supporters enjoy direct contact with their student teams as they progress through the various stages of the GMC. It’s an excellent opportunity to involve your junior managers in student mentoring and discussing team strategies.
The GMC also acts as a pre-selection mechanism for graduate recruiters by giving you access to the very best students and the platform to work with them at a key stage of their decision-making process.
