The integration of AY's i-Class admissions software into our highly popular Enrolment Management Technology (EMT) product suite will offer UK universities the opportunity to benefit from the cutting-edge technology that serves the online applications needs for many of the leading American Universities. Over 1.4 million applications were processed last year using the AY i-Class online platform, eclipsing the 500,000 processed by UCAS.
In acquiring AY, we are joining with another HE-focused company that provides extraordinary technology, service and support, and solidifying our leadership position. 40 universities in the UK are already using our CRM software and outsourced services to transform their recruitment management - they are benefiting from the service excellence that only Hobsons' $75m global investment in product and client development can bring.
