GMC national finalists announced!

The student teams who have reached the final of the Global Management Challenge ? the world?s largest strategic business game ? have been announced
The following teams will be competing in the UK National Final on 13 March:
- Kaizen – The University of Manchester
- Orient Synergy – The University of Nottingham
- Soton 06 – The University Southampton
- Warwick Wise Guys, Bright Spark, Does Grey Matter, The Invincible and Virtual Vision – The University of Warwick
Four of these teams are being mentored by leading graduate recruiters - the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, RM and Watson Wyatt.
The National Final
The National Final will take place at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants’ Pimlico headquarters. As a national sponsor, CIMA are pleased to host the event and are kindly providing the venue for the presentations and awards ceremony. For more information about CIMA, visit www.cimaglobal.com
On the day
The pressure will be on at the National Final, as the teams submit the final decisions relating to their virtual business throughout the day. This data will be analysed by the GMC's business simulation software.
The winning team – who will be announced at the end of the day – will go on to represent the UK in April at the International Final in China! There, the UK team will compete against 22 other countries from around the world.
